The unveiling and public reading of the book “Once Upon a Day,” authored by veteran journalist and Director General of the Imo State Orientation Agency, Dr. Ethelbert Okere, has taken place in Owerri.
The event, which coincided with Dr. Okere’s birthday, also witnessed the formal launch of the Owerri Literary Ensemble, an initiative aimed at nurturing young writers.
