The National President of Hope Rising for Imolites, Chief Success Akagburuonye, has inaugurated a committee to oversee the commissioning of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) edifice at Ogbor Uvuru, Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area.
The project, which was solely funded and constructed by Chief Akagburuonye, is slated for commissioning and formal handover to the government on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
The inauguration ceremony was held at the Noah’s Ark Church Building, Assemblies of God, Nigeria, Ogbor Uvuru.
Addressing the committee, Chief Akagburuonye urged members to see their appointment as a call to service and to commit their time and energy to ensure a successful event. He emphasized the need for divine guidance in every undertaking, stressing that teamwork and nurturing relationships are essential for sustainable progress.
Performing the inauguration, Reverend Christian Ihekoronye prayed for God’s direction upon the committee members, encouraging them to serve with renewed zeal and dedication.
Earlier, the Senior Pastor of Noah’s Ark Church Building, Assemblies of God, Reverend Charles Obasi; a Nollywood Actor Bob-Manuel Udoku and Mr. Valentine Nzekwe; and other speakers lauded Chief Akagburuonye for his philanthropy and prayed for God’s continued blessings upon him.
