It was celebration of life on Friday as the remains of Late Ezinne Nzeobi Angelina Egowure Nwosu Ukpabi who passed on at the age of 84 years was laid to rest in her husband compound.

Preaching during the Requiem Mass at St Benedict Catholic church Chokoneze Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area Of Imo State,Rev Father Francis Amaliri urged Christians to establish good relationship with God.

Father Amaliri described late Angelina as a good Christian noting that a lot of people have testified of her good works when she was alive.
Amaliri stressed the need for her children to follow the footsteps of their mother and prayed that her soul will rest in peace.

In a Funeral Oration, the First son,Chief Osita Nwosu said his late mother after her academic life became a teacher and taught in several schools for 35 years.

Chief Osita noted that her mother as an abiding Catholic ,held several positions of leadership in the station and Parish Council.


“She was a Committed member of the St Angelina group and St Peter’s Station of St Benedict Catholic church Chokoneze Ezinihitte Mbaise ‘

Also in a Funeral Oration, the Second Son ,Barr Jamike Nwosu has this to say “Mmam though you are gone , your love remains a light that guides me through my darkest days.Your curdling voice and soft insistence that i don’t travel late at night are the treasures I hold dear.Even though you are on longer here , your memories shall remain evergreen. “

Also speaking, the third Son Mazi Ikedichukwu Nwosu said that the death of her mother has created an indelible mark in the family and the community at large.
She described her mother as a devoted Christian noting that she left a lot of legacies like love , peace, kindness ,charity etc.

The Burial Attracted a lot of Personalities, like the Former Governor Of Imo State,Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha , The Minority Leader Of Imo State House Of Assembly, Hon Ugochukwu Amuechie , Hon Emeka Ozurumba , Hon Clinton Amadi, Traditional Rulers , Lawyers etc
