Labour Party candidate for Owerri Municipal State Constituency in the March 11 House of Assembly election, Hon. Clinton Amadi has taken his campaign to the major markets in Imo State.

Amadi, in company of other candidates and members of the party, last week, visited Relief Market, New Market, Alaba International Market Owerri and Ogbosisi Market Naze, where he delivered messages of robust representation and good governance.

He also promised to make laws and bills that will bring development in the Municipal.

Amadi, a former Majority Leader of Imo State House of Assembly, identified road infrastructure as a major concern for people doing businesses in the Municipal and assured them that the sorry state of Imo roads will be a thing of the past when elected.

He vowed to maintain a cordial relationship between indigenes and non-indigenes, stressing that such relationship would aid his human capital development programmes for both residents and natives of the Municipal.

Amadi, known for his competence and resourcefulness, said his legislation will open many opportunities for the good people of Owerri Municipal, most especially in the area of employment and skill acquisition.

Whilst promising a robust representation that will be beneficial to all, Amadi enjoined Imo people to make the right choice by voting Labour Party in the coming election.
