The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has concluded a three day summit in Owerri in commemoration of the International Youth Day celebration.
The summit with the theme: “The Role of Youths in the Sustenance of Peace and Development in the Niger Delta region was attended by Niger Delta Youths and other Stakeholders.
