A Non Governmental Organisition, Eminent Sisters Association with the mission of reaching out to the down trodden in society, has donated food items and a reasonable amount of money to the Mercy Orphanage Home in Owerri.
Their visit to the Orphanage Home on the 1st of June, 2025, brought joy and support to the children and staff of the home.
Speaking during the visit, the founder of the Association, Eziada Ogechi Achuko Egeruo reaffirmed their commitment to spreading love and inspiring hope among underprivileged members of society.
She noted that the group was driven by a shared belief in their ability to touch and transform lives, assuring the children of continued support.
The Matron of the Orphanage Home, Mrs. Ngozi Akunna expressed heartfelt appreciation to the women for their generous gesture.
She encouraged them to remain steadfast in their good works and offered prayers for divine mercy upon them.
The visibly excited children also offered prayers, asking God to strengthen the bond among the women and bless their efforts.
