In line with the core objectives of jabulani initiative to reach out to the needy and physically challenged people, the vision bearer Mr Bright Chizoba Obiduru and his team visited St.Joseph Orphanage home Okwu uratta on Saturday 11th October where they donated food items worth over #500, 000 to commemorates their annual outreach.

The convener of Jabulani initiative Bright Obiduru while speaking emphasized that the organization support people with disabilities and special need adding that their outreach program is usually organized every 9th of October to mark his birthday celebration but this year outreach was shifted due to some official engagement.

” We are here today at St. Joseph Orphanage home to show them support like we do annually, we understand that in our society people are faced with different challenges including disabilities hence Jabulani foundation decided to be engaging people with special needs or physically challenged through our sports competition programmes, distribution of food items in order to help them cater for their families as well give them sense of belonging.

“Our aim is to ensure that we have a better society because we are all equal before God, therefore I encourage other individuals, civil society organization and government to map out programmes to support people with various disabilities to enhance their livelihood, some of them are educated and talented ,they only need our support, he said.

While responding, one of the care givers at the st Joseph Orphanage home Mrs Chibuzor expressed gratitude to Jabulani foundation for showing concern in caring for the orphanage children and people with disabilities stressing that the food items will go a long way in taking care of the children while praying that God will continue to provide for vision bearer and further strength organization.
