…Gifts Aide, Herbert Njoku N2million on his birthday

A frontline governorship hopeful and National President of Hoperising for Imolites Foundation, Chief Success Akagburuonye has announced that a waiver has been granted for the clearance of a 40-foot container of medical equipment donated to the Foundation by the Canadian government.

He made the announcement at the 54th birthday celebration of his Personal Assistant on General Duties Mr. Herbert Udo-Njoku in Owerri.

Chief Akagburuonye said the medical equipment is valued at more than 7.3 million dollars and would be distributed to health centres across Imo State free of charge.

He said the initiative is aimed at complementing the efforts of the state government in improving healthcare delivery.

The governorship hopeful emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare, promising to run an open-door administration and transform Imo State.

Chief Akagburuonye said he would also align his administration with what he described as the bold vision of Governor Hope Uzodimma, whom he credited with laying a solid foundation for further development in the state.

He further disclosed that the Canadian government had indicated its willingness to support road infrastructure and healthcare development in Imo State, should he emerge as governor in the forthcoming election.

Chief Akagburuonye also assured beneficiaries of the Foundation’s various vocational skills training programmes of better days ahead.

He urged Imo people to remain confident and not allow what he described as the antics of the opposition to affect their judgment.

Speaking on his Personal Assistant on General Duties, Mr. Herbert Udo-Njoku, who marked his 54th birthday, Chief Akagburuonye commended him for his dedication and contributions.

He also announced a 2million naira donation in support of the celebrant.
