All Progressives Congress stalwart in Owerri West local government area Barr. Clement Asoluka has urged party members to channel their campaigns in the local communities as the election date is around the corner.
He said that winning the Imo state November 11 gubernatorial election should be a great concern for every APC faithful in the state.
According to him, “by the grace of God am a member of the national council that will see to the re- election of Governor Hope Uzodinma come November 11 election, so that imo state will continue to experience radical transformation, every expectation of a man is about hope and God has given us hope in the person of Governor Hope Uzodinma.
“In the last election, booth 013 under ward 4 was the only booth in Owerri West to deliver 100 percent and that is my booth, you win election before the election day, most of the people that parade themselves as leaders should go and win in their polling booth that is what we want, if everybody can do that the election will be easy for us.”
Barr. Asoluka also hinted that government can not do all the election campaigns alone adding that they need stakeholders, leaders to assist both in mobilization and empowerment, whereas the governor Sen. Hope Uzodinma has made notable achievements in road network which he said that Imo state has not witnessed in a long time.
He further described politics as local, while advising their party leaders to go back to their various communities and reconcile with their people, saying they cannot be creating enemies for the party or government and expect to win election.
