A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress ( APC) in Ngor – Okpala Local Government Area, Imo State, Hon. Okereke Godson has said that the people of Owerri Zone are set to re-elect Governor Hope Uzodimma, in November 11 gubernatorial election.

Okereke popularly known as Bishop, noted that the Governor has performed well, stressing that the shared prosperity government will not be equated to any government after Dee Sam Mbakwe.

Okereke, who is the Special Adviser, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency Imo State, made the disclosure to newsmen during the Owerri Zone stakeholders meeting held recently.

According to him, ” the youths, women, and the entire Imo people have reaffirmed their commitment in making sure that Governor Uzodimma is re-elected in November 11 gubernatorial election.

Though, we would not take the opposition for granted because all mechanisms or machineries are already in place, we will continue to rejuvenate the system to ensure his success is achieved”, he added.

He urged Imo people to do the needful by supporting His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma’s second term bid, in order to continue his developmental projects spread across the Owerri, Orlu, Okigwe zones, even as he commended him for repositioning the state to ensure that Imo people benefit democracy dividends.
