…As security operatives trail three to their locations

Following the directives of Imo state government on the heels of her recent counter order to the sit-at-home exercise initiated by the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, the security operatives in Imo have been reported to intensify actions to track down the key IPOB members who are suspected to be the chief enforcers of the exercise in the state.

The routine sit-at-home exercise carried out every Monday particularly in the South East and South South states of the country was put in place to show the grievances of the people for the detention of her leader Nnamdi Kaku by the Federal Government.

In the effort of the Government to enforce their counter order to IPOB’s sit-at-home exercise, a joint security task force set up for that purpose had on a few occasions closed in on the IPOB suspects at their different locations whose names were given as Onyeka Amadi; Chukwueke Chidiebere and Somachi Osuagwu.

Report has said that the security operatives have stormed their apartments at different areas namely Iho in Ikeduru, Ihiagwa and Egbu in Owerri West and North, but did not succeed in apprehending them though sources said that two of them nearly escaped death during such raids by the security operatives even as they utterly destroyed their apartments.

As at press time there was no yet a Police report.
